The Wolverine

The Wolverine is ideal for inspection, cleaning and decontamination. The superior tracks on the Wolverine grip all surface areas even when there is substantial dust and grease. Two colour cameras mounted on both the front and rear of the Wolverine Robot for both forward and backward viewing and video recording. A clean crisp image allows you to easily distinguish debris such as typical dust, plaster dust or fungi.

The Wolverine is able to make a 180° directional turn from a stationary position which allows it to easily navigate abrupt turns and corners. We are able to adjust the Wolverine’s speed from 0 to 30 feet/minute. This allows us to control the speed we use for cleaning and is still able to move fast enough to be perfect for all inspections.

The ANATROLLER™ ARI-10
A small-sized, lightweight mobile robot made for all the needs and challenges of residential/commercial duct cleaning. The ARI-10 has the ability to get into those spaces that traditional duct cleaning cannot such as in-slab ductwork and ductwork that has been drywalled in. Using a HD camera feed with real-time recording this robot can conduct a spotless job, done efficiently and in complete safety.

This robot can brush, coat and seal ductwork!

With our professional cleaning equipment, cleaning dusty ducts is no longer dirty work.

Pneumatic devices such as air skippers, air whips and blowguns are used where appropriate to drive the agitated debris to the vacuum for collection.
We use a scorpion whip system at every job for cleaning the vent runs and main trunk lines.

The introduction of the portable 110V and 220V steam cleaners has allowed us to safely bring steam cleaning solutions (NADCA Type II coil cleaning method) to hard to access re-heat/evaporator coils that sometimes are located in ceiling spaces, interior building locations and high rise buildings where traditional pressure washing equipment (gas powered) and cumbersome hoses (work place hazards) are not always ideal. They allow super heated (320 – 350F) steam to be applied, in conjunction with NADCA Type I coil cleaning methods, right at the coil.

Roto-Vision® Video Inspection System

The Roto-Vision® Video Inspection System also assists in providing Full Throttle with a competitive edge.

When attached to the end of the duct cleaning hose, the 7-inch LCD color monitor records deep inside the ducts, providing clients with a clear picture of their air duct cleaning needs. Once a client contracts for air duct cleaning services, the features assist in showing real time footage of the ductwork cleaning as it progresses.

It is also waterproof allowing in-slab ductwork that may have water or moisture to be inspected.

Wholher VIS Camera

The Wohler VIS 350 Visual Inspection System gives us everything we need to complete inspections. Live high-definition images of the inspection can be seen on the monitor or captured as video on the 4GB SD card

Full Throttle Furnace & Duct Cleaning Inc. introduces the all new line of poly air scrubbers to its tools of the trade.

Although we do our best to keep dust levels to a minimal during the duct cleaning process, NADCA recommends “that ambient air cleaning using HEPA-filtered air scrubbers be employed as a supplemental engineering control for particle reduction, during and immediately after HVAC cleaning and restoration work. It is recommended that ambient air cleaning provide a minimum of four (4) air changes per hour.”

Air scrubbers can be instrumental in buildings such as schools, hospitals, care homes, day cares and any high traffic buildings where occupants may be at a significant risk to the exposure of particulates due to allergies, respiratory problems or compromised immune systems. The young and elderly can also be at higher risk. The air scrubbers can help to protect the health and safety of the occupants.

These portable, light weight air scrubbers will deliver a true 99.97% HEPA performance in even the most hostile environments.

Full Throttle Furnace & Duct Cleaning Inc. offers “air duct coating” in addition to its other services.  Moisture and heat in the ductwork can create an ideal breeding ground for mold and bacteria, which can and often does accumulate here. Sometimes this mold and mildew can cause an unpleasant odor.

Our technicians will apply a solution at the end of the cleaning process, using a specialized coating machine that disperses a powerful mist throughout the duct system. Once done, the system is turned on, to allow the product to be circulated throughout all ducts and vents.

We offer three types of coating:

• Smoke seal/soot encapsulant (typically for use after fire and/or smoke damage)
