We value your business and loyalty. That’s why we are always looking to improve our business systems to ensure you, our priority customer, gets the best service possible in a timely and efficient manner! As a result, we have set up an email account exclusively for our priority customers.

Just a reminder of what it means to be our priority customer:

Schedule Management - Let us manage the scheduling for you. Email or call us with your customer’s contact information and we will do the leg work for you. Our friendly and professional office staff will make arrangements directly with your customer, so you do not have to be the middleman and try and accommodate two schedules. Once we have made contact, we will email you with the scheduled date for your information and records.

Priority Service - We reserve contractor spaces and do our absolute best to accommodate your last-minute appointment request.

Email reminder - You will receive an email reminder two days before the service takes place.

En route email and/or text notifications - If we have your and/or your customer’s email address, a picture of the technician will be sent when our technician is en route. Peace of mind for your customer – confirmation to you that the job is being done. Alternatively, if we have cell phone numbers on record, a text message is automatically generated when our technician is en route.

Prompt invoicing, net 30 days - For your convenience, we aim to have our invoice out within 48 hours after the completion of the job (quite often same day or next day). The terms are due in 30 days. This means you can get paid faster!

Free cancellation fee - We understand that jobs do not always go as planned. Therefore, if the unforeseen has occurred and we are not able to complete the job as scheduled, we will not charge you if the job has to be rescheduled (one free cancellation per job site).

Air conditioning Type 1 coil clean included - Air conditioning coil included in the pricing for simplicity in quoting.

No charge compliance documentation - Standard compliance documentation you may require will be sent to your office free of charge (WCB Letter of Good Standing, Certificate of Insurance, standard prequalification forms, etc.)

Information we need - Sq ft, address, site contact, equipment to be cleaned.

Expertise and Experience - Our Team has over 50 years of experience in the HVAC and duct cleaning industry. We possess NADCA ASCS and CVI designations as well as several IICRC certifications which are utilized for HVAC restoration projects.

Upfront no hidden fee pricing - We know you need to provide a quote in a timely fashion that’s why we have flat rate upfront pricing based on square footage so you can prepare your quote without having to know how many vents the house has or without having to call for a quote for every job.

 Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We booked Full Throttle to clean our air ducts and dryer vent after moving into our new home. Overall, the services we requested were completed, but we were disappointed with our experience, particularly with the dryer vent cleaning.
During the dryer vent cleaning, one of the technicians told us that our existing dryer vent hose was too short for him to put the dryer back in its original position. He suggested installing a longer hose for an additional $100. To be clear, there was nothing wrong with the existing hose, and there was no issue with our dryer or the way it was originally set up.
There was an easy solution that did not require purchasing a new hose: the washer could have simply been moved temporarily to create enough space to put the dryer back where it was. Instead, we were presented with the $100 option. My husband ended up going to Home Depot and purchasing a longer hose for about $20 to resolve the situation ourselves.
We understand that issues can come up during a service, but in this case, we felt the situation was unnecessarily turned into an additional $100 expense when there was a simple alternative. We just wanted to share our experience so others are aware.

 Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Have had this company twice before, and was pleased with the results. However, things have changed over time I guess.
Booked today for noon. Got an email saying to expect them in the 2 hour window 11-1. Waited until 1:15 to call the office, and was told "Gee, I thought the service manager would have called you. Two of our guys didn't show up and we had to shuffle the schedule. You've been moved to 3 pm". When I said that wouldn't work for me due to afternoon commitments, she offered to rebook me another day entirely. I declined.
So I missed 2 hours of work, waiting, and wasn't "important" enough as a customer to even notify that they would be a no show. Lousy customer service. I ended up booking with another company, who assure me they WILL show up.
(PS - note to Full Throttle re: their response - fast response to the review - but you didn't address the fact that you wasted more than two hours of my day, nor that you didn't bother to call to let me know! "Sorry" is only as good as the breath it's uttered with. Your "attempts" to "reschedule" weren't the issue - the wasting my time and not calling were! You sidestepped taking accountability for THAT completely. Yet another reason why I'll never book with you again - nor will my family or friends.)
